We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Lindale! The room was clean and fresh, with a cozy corner where our kids could play. Breakfast was a hit, especially the automatic pancake maker that our little ones adored. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the modern amenities like USB plugs and the light-up bathroom mirror. However, the room facing the highway was noisy, but the staff quickly accommodated my request for a quieter room, which I really appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved being close to Garden Valley Golf Resort, which is perfect for a family day of fun. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience memorable.

There were crumbs on the floor and the bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning. The shower had issues. it wasn't draining properly, which made it uncomfortable. I liked that the room had good heating and air conditioning, although I had to adjust the thermostat multiple times. The complimentary breakfast had some good items, but it was quite limited. It would have been nice to see more variety, like herbal teas and healthier options. Some were friendly, but others seemed disinterested, especially during the check-in process. It took longer than expected to get assistance when I encountered issues with my room. The Wi-Fi was decent, but it could have been more reliable, especially when trying to stream shows. Overall, some improvements could make this a much better stay.

I recently stayed here and appreciated how close we were to Parrott Park and the Lillie Russell Memorial Library, making our weekend walks filled with lovely green spaces and interesting stops. the easy access to the Walmart Supercenter also made it convenient for quick snacks and essentials on the go.

there was no hot water available in the morning (which was a bummer). the room was spacious with numerous electric outlets (handy for charging). enjoyed the good breakfast, especially the muffins! overall, it was a clean environment.
